Health, in my opinion, in indispensable to be happy. For me, a healthy person, is who is psychologically and physically well. I think that a person who doesn't like his body, or who has some diseases can't be completely happy. I believe that it is important to have a balance between the body and the mind.
I try to play sports every day to feel well with myself. In addition, while you are practising a sport you forget your problems and allow your mind to rest for a time. It is a very good sensation. But it is not necessary to do sport only to be thinner or to have a perfect body, also we have to play sports to avoid diseases. There are many young people who don't exercise, they prefer watching television, playing with their playstation or chat on line with their friends.
Another important area ir that of the nourishment. We have to feed ourselves correctly to be healthy and strong. People, especially teenegers, eat lots of junk food, food that don't have vitamins and make our bogy get fat. I know that many people don't like vegetables, I don't like them, but I eat them because they are good for my body. Fruit is also very important and it is also very healthy.
Besides practising exercise and eating healthy, you should avoid habits like smoking or drinkig too much. The truth is that they are totally unnecessary things for us, in the end, they only cause diseases.
