In many internet pages or magazines you can find different definitions of health. But in my opinion it isn't possible to find a exact definition of health because there are so many facts involveld and I also think that for each person "health" means something different.
For me the main aspects to take into account for a healthy life are:a healthy diet, daily exercise and general welfare.
Daily exercise doesn't mean going to the gym every day and make the maximum exercise during a short period of time and then don't attend anymore. Part of the daily exercise is just going for a walk with the dog, sweep the garden or the daily chores.
But this isn't enough. It's also necessary to keep fit doing some sport in the evening or just jogging a bir everyday.
An healthy diet is also very important to have an healthy life. A healthy diet means a balanced diet and this includes to all type of food but not in excess.
