I don't watch my weight but I have to lose weight .I followed a diet 2 years ago. I lost weight and appetite.This isn't good because we need to eat but with healthy food .
Lots of people do not usually eat nutritius food because they like fast food.And fast food is bad for us because this food has lots of choresterol , sugar...and we can gain weight.
So we have to do sports and avoid smoking.
Young people don't usually watch their weight and when they are older they have a poor health .Then they start having a balanced diet.
So we should have a good nutritious diet since we are little.
In conclusion,you should eat healthy food if you want to have a good life.
